Jacob Cooper serves as managing director of MSC Retail, a real estate brokerage and advisory firm specializing in retail, restaurant and hospitality transactions.  He oversees all management and strategic business initiatives for the Philadelphia operations of the firm. His work includes tenant and landlord representation, investment sales, development advisory, and consulting services throughout the Center City, University City and the greater Philadelphia region.

Jacob currently serves as the exclusive agent for several nationally recognized ownership groups, including American Campus Communities, Alterra Properties, Wexford Science and Technology, Parkway Corporation, Temple University and Equity Commonwealth.  He also currently serves as the exclusive retail consultant for the University of Pennsylvania, overseeing the leasing and planning for its 350,000 SF retail portfolio in West Philadelphia.

Jacob received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania in 2007. He is involved with several organizations in Philadelphia, including the board of directors for the Philadelphia School, Friars Senior Society of the University of Pennsylvania and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He lives with his wife Natalie in Center City, Philadelphia.
